Help With Babysitting

Hi:

I am a 41 year old grandmother caring for my 2 year old grandson. I have him in childcare twice a week, but need some reliable resources for finding a reliable babysitter. I live in Yonkers NY.

I have had such a difficult time finding someone who is reliable and flexible. Does anyone know of resources to find reliable, affordable babysitters?
