Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00AM – 5:00PM (Doors open at 8:00AM, Petitions will be filed beginning at 8:00AM)

The Family Court hears matters involving children and families. It has the authority to make legal decisions over the following types of cases:

• Abused or Neglected Children (Child Protective Proceedings)
• Adoption
• Custody & Visitation
• Domestic Violence (Family Offense)
• Foster Care Approval & Review
• Guardianship
• Juvenile Delinquency
• Paternity
• Persons in Need of Supervision (PINS)
• Child and/or Spousal Support

All persons entering the courthouse must go through a magnetometer. Please arrive in time to allow for security screening.

On-site interpreters include Spanish, Albanian. All other languages including sign language are available upon request.
