For children with identified developmental or intellectual disabilities or delays, nothing is more important than a caring, supportive, and highly skilled program of early intervention.  Inclusive and effective, The Arc of Delaware Counties Carousel Children’s Services program provides a variety of individualized services to preschool aged children. Special Education Teachers and Certified Therapists work with each child in our state of the art program, which is integrated with the Delhi Campus Child Care Center (DC4). Frequently, children who have received services from Carousel go on to kindergarten needing minimal or no additional services. Carousel Children’s Services conducts evaluations in all developmental areas. This program also provides educational advocacy for children of all ages.
