The mission of Catholic Charities of Tompkins/Tioga (CCTT) is to support all people in need and advocate for social justice and human dignity in partnership with the Diocese of Rochester and the greater community.

Tioga County Programs Include:

      • Emergency Financial Assistance
      • Food Pantry
      • Free Clothing & Other Items
    • SNAP (Food Stamp) Assistance:
      • • NOEP Coordinators help pre-screen and walk individuals through the application process to gain access to SNAP (food stamps) benefits
    • Housing Services:
      • • A Place To Call Home is our safe and welcoming transitional housing program for homeless men and women in Tioga County. All of our housing arrangements prepare participants for a future of self-sufficiency.
    • Youth Engagement Services Program (YES)
    • Community Habilitation & Pre-Vocational Training
      • Community Habilitation services outside of the participant’s home which supports learning in the areas of socialization, daily living skills, and community living. PreVocational Training acts as a steppingstone to joining the traditional workforce.
    • Employment
      • Supporting people with disabilities and barriers to employment through the job search and job retention process
