Guided by this mission and through the work of dedicated staff we serve the neediest and most vulnerable in our county. Our programs seek to advocate for individuals affected by issues of poverty, abuse, and mental health needs. We seek to promote justice for the underserved and to effect change in our society to give a voice to those that have gone unheard.

Catholic Charities of Chenango County offers a variety of quality programs in response to our community’s needs. We assist individuals and families by providing information, emergency assistance, intervention, and individual case management. Our programs closely work with other area service providers as well as state organizations to assure individuals receive the help they need. We also work to raise awareness of issues that affect our community members through outreach events, trainings, and media campaigns.
