951 Hoffman Street Children's Integrated Services is the entry point for children with significant behavior difficulties and/or a serious emotional disturbance. Chemung County Children's Integrated Services provides linkages to services for children/adolescents and their families. Needs are identified and services linked in order to wrap services and supports around each family.
