The Community Care Network of Nichols is a trusted non-profit organization that serves the elderly, chronically ill, and the disabled in Nichols, NY. The Mission of CCNN is aimed at enhancing the quality of life for the residents in the town and village of Nichols. Specifically, the organization is working to establish the required community infrastructure to allow people across the lifespan to stay healthy, independent and remain in their own homes for as long as possible.
