Conflict is unavoidable in life and occurs when individuals or groups do not meet their needs or find satisfaction. While conflict is neither necessarily good nor bad, some situations are more difficult to handle than others and require extra mediation for the best possible outcome.

The Long Island Dispute Resolution Centers provide peaceful resolution of conflicts to prevent problems from escalating by removing parties from the win-lose court setting and inserting into a win-win collaborative setting.
