The Fulton County Community Heritage Cooperation (FCCHC) is a private not-for-profit corporation with offices in Gloversville, NY. FCCHC is engaged in housing and community development activities in Fulton County, NY. It is the mission of the FCCHC to improve overall housing conditions, provide new housing opportunities, and improve the quality of life for the residents of Fulton County and the region, with emphasis on programs and projects that primarily benefit persons and families of low and moderate income. We have a senior housing program as well as a home repair program.
