Service Eligibility: Chautauqua, Genesee, Livingston, Monroe, Onondaga, Orleans and Wyoming county residents, families of a youth birth-21 years old.

About this program: Peer Support Services- Helping Families and Youth Build Strength, Skills, and Resilience by partnering with credential Family and/or Youth Peer Advocates.

Services Include:

  • Glow Family Peer Support: Advocacy support, Skill development, System navigation, Empowering families
    • Available in: Chautauqua, Genesee, Livingston, Orleans, and Wyoming Counties
  • Glow Youth Peer Support: Support from a young adult with lived experience, Guidance with advocacy and skill development, Help navigating complex systems
    • Available in: Livingston County
  • Orleans Family Resiliency: Similar to GLOW Peer Support, but more intensive, Focused on families at risk or with children in out-of-home placement
    • Available in: Orleans County
  • Chautauqua Peer Navigator: Family and youth peer support including system navigation, skill development, advocacy, and empowerment
    • Available in Chautauqua County
  • Family Empowerment Network: Free peer led caregiver trainings and workshops; Gain tools and knowledge to support children with behavioral health challenges
  • Family Opportunity Centers (Rochester & Syracuse):  Helping families strengthen: Resilience, Social connections, Parenting and child development knowledge, Support during times of need, Children’s social and emotional competence.
