Referral to Services

Services: Free and Voluntary

• Parent Education opportunities: Active Parenting, Support Groups, and variety of informational workshops while increasing social connections.
• Mental Health Services: on-site clinician to address concrete mental health barriers to accessing services or participation in parent education classes.
• Referrals to other Community Based Services
• Provide and support families with Accessing Community Resources, such as food banks, SSI, daycares, housing, employment opportunities and recreational activities.
• Support families with Accomplishing Personal Goals, such as furthering their education, learning financial management, and finding job or internship opportunities.
• Support for youth and families with Success in School, where applicable
• Family Activities offered monthly on-site or in the community.
• Leadership Opportunities available to support with groups, family activities, participate on boards and in meetings throughout the agency.
• Increase Protective Factors to develop a strong family by increasing parental resilience, social connections, knowledge of parenting and child development, concrete support in times of need, and improving social and emotional competence of children.
• Offer a safe and secure location for families to Come Together, Grow, and Learn.
• Offers concreate support under certain circumstances.
