Eligibility: Serves non-parent caregivers of children with no formal legal designation, legal custody, legal guardianship, and post-adoptive families, residing in Allegany, Broome, Chemung, Onondaga, Steuben, and Tioga county.

Services Include:

• One to One Family Support and Case Management
• Family Engagement Activities
• Educational Workshops
• Parent, Caregiver and Youth Support Groups (Dates TBD)
