Serves: Non-parent caregivers w/ no formal legal designation, legal custody, legal guardianship, & post-adoptive families residing in Genesee, Livingston, & Monroe counties.

* Note: Monroe County program is at full capacity and not able to accept immediate referrals.  If you are in need of services you may contact and be added to our waitlist, and we will contact you as soon as possible.

• One to One Family Support and Case Management
• Family Engagement Activities & Social Events
• Educational Workshops
• Parent, Caregiver and Youth Support Groups (Dates TBD)
• Youth Respite Services

*Please note:  Services as detailed above are only available once you and your family are fully enrolled in PRC programming. Once enrolled, a Permanency Specialist can provide application assistance, financial resources and other critical supports.
