Serves: Broome, Chenango, Chemung, Cortland, Delaware, Otsego, Tioga and Tompkins Counties – Not all programs available in all eight counties – due to funding and which agency is providing grants. Caregivers can call to check their eligibility.

The PAL Center provides a safe, welcoming environment for over 300 families and caregivers each year. Families have opportunities to socialize, participate in activities, attend parenting classes, utilize on-site resources including a children’s clothing closet, and connect to local resources within the community.

Supervised Visitation

A premier location for court appointed supervised visits and/or parents who seek to regain custody of their children.  Although staff do not supervise the visits, PAL staff encourage positive interactions and help support the parent in their success.
