The Otsego County Youth Bureau administers programs with funding provided by the NYS Office of Children and Family Services (formerly Division for Youth). The Youth Bureau has been an Otsego County department for twenty years. The Board of Representatives provides matching funds to support program administration and provides oversight through the Personnel, Rules and Procedures Committee and the Youth Advisory Board.
