Office Hours:   Monday – Friday, 9:00AM – 5:00PM. Case Managers can be available outside normal operating hours.

Eligibility: Serves non-parent caregivers of children (age 21 and younger) with no formal legal designation, legal custody, legal guardianship, and post-adoptive families, residing in Fulton, Montgomery, Saratoga, Warren, and Washington counties.
