Eligibility for Services: Serves non-parent caregivers of children with no formal legal designation, legal custody, legal guardianship, and post-adoptive families, residing in Columbia, Delaware, Greene, Ulster counties.

• Family engagement groups
• Adult support groups
• Child support groups
• Education
• Respite
