Community Program Centers of Long Island, Inc. achieves its mission by supporting Long Island families in caring for their young children and elderly parents and in making child care and elder care a natural, trusted, affordable, and accessible part of Long Island’s community and business life.

Programs include:

• The Children’s Community Head Start and Early Head Start:
  • www.childrenscommunityhs.org
    A comprehensive, federally-funded program for pregnant women and families with infants, toddlers and preschoolers. Eligibility is based on low-income. Serving 10+ school districts in central Suffolk County.
• Day Haven Adult Day Services
  A social model adult day services program serving frail older adults, including those with Alzheimer’s disease or a related dementia and their family caregivers.
