Income Eligibility: 200% of federal poverty guidelines. Assets must be less than $25,000. (Some legal grants may waive income requirements).

  • Callers over the age of 60 years old may qualify for OFA grants for legal assistance (recommended to be referred from local OFA Office), but availability of these grants may vary by county. If Eligible for OFA grant legal assistance, they may be able to provide assistance with petitions, legal representation, and public benefits, but there is no guarantee for extended counsel.
