United Way of Broome County is focused on creating large-scale, systems-level social change in our community. United Way of Broome County provides funding to programs that help people overcome life’s challenges and meet their basic needs so they are prepared to take advantage of all the resources that allow them to build a better life. Our mission is to drive change that will have a positive impact on the critical needs of our community by strategically leveraging the collective resources of community partners. By collaborating with key stakeholders and community partners, United Way of Broome County works to address the basic needs of our most vulnerable populations while finding the solutions to our community’s strategic priorities that address core issues in the areas of health, education and financial stability.
