Volunteer Counseling Services of Rockland 77 South Main Street The Relatives as Parents Program is an open support group for grandparents raising their grandchildren or any other person raising the child of a relative. The group is a place to share the challenges and experiences amongst your peers. The group is free to attend and runs on the second and fourth Friday of each month from 12:00-1:30pm at VCS.
