Volunteer Lawyers Project of Central New York, provides free legal help to low-income community members with issues relating to uncontested divorce, child custody, visitation and support, and domestic violence.

Services:

• Family Court Clinic:
  • Due to overwhelming community needs at this time, new case intakes are not accepted online or via telephone. For assistance with a petition for custody, visitation, paternity, or child support, please attend the next Family Court Clinic that is scheduled. Petitions can include original petitions, modifications, and violation petitions.
• Divorce
  • Free assistance with uncontested divorces for low-income clients.
